Sarah and I went to the zoo on the 6th. We saw the new Black bear exhibit. The bears were right up close, but the glass they were behind gave a lot of reflection. I need to get a polaroid lens.
That large black bird in with the Giraffe was eating a mouse. That was their food at feeding time. I think they only have one giraffe now. They had to put one down a couple weeks ago.

Mother's Day weekend, we went to the mountains.The pines we planted are getting pretty big.

The next weekend, I took Sarah to the zoo again. One of the chimps climbed high up on the outdoors play structure. and I got my best ever photo of the naked mole rats. We also took the little train around the zoo. I had forgotten it's not worth the money.

Sarah's birthday is on Memorial day weekend. It was too cold that day for a barbeque, so we went to Chucky Cheese. I did not get a single photo of Mom the whole time she was here.
