The coop is about 7 x 11 feet and more than 4 feet tall. It's completely covered by chicken wire so the cats and coons don't get in. The door is a large sliding window through which I can easily step. So far, the tarp is working, but I'll try something else if it tears. The heat lamp in the old dog house is only until they're a few weeks older. It's still cold at night here.
